I started this company as a way to combine all the things I love about sports performance, rehabilitation, and recovery. I am continually in awe of our bodies and what they are capable of doing with the right tools and technology! I have an incredible staff and together we bring the most dynamic sports performance and recovery business in the state.
I have been in the profession since 2012. I have a bachelors degree in Athletic Training, masters degree in Strength & Conditioning, and a doctorate in Athletic Training. I have worked with athletes, in sports medicine in the hospital and clinic settings, and with factory workers and in industrial settings. I worked as the athletic trainer for the Utah Jazz referees. I also have my 200 hr yoga teaching certification with Yoga Alliance.
I enjoy the outdoors: hiking, snowboarding, backpacking, and all things water. Sports have been apart of my life always. I hold a national record in the deadlift and also compete as a bikini athlete. I referee college basketball for the NCAA and have been a referee since I was 15 yrs old. I have a Colorado triple jump state record and jumped as a division I college athlete. I have two kids. We enjoy the outdoors together, attending their sporting events, and snuggling up for a movie on the couch. Their favorite restaurant is Black Bear Diner and they take me there for my birthday every year.
